RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us immediately of any unsatisfactory shipments at 800.228.7117

Live Specimens: We must be notified within 2 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for replacement/refund.

Preserved Specimens: We must be notified within 7 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for replacement/refund

All other items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery receipt of any damage/defects to be eligible for replacement/refund. ***Restocking fees may apply

If an order is cancelled after it has shipped (but has not yet been received), purchaser is subject to pay all shipping fees (outgoing and return) plus a $20 cancellation fee. ***Restocking fees may also apply**.

If an order is cancelled before it ships, refunds will be made within 3-5 business days (if applicable). **Some items such as custom models, kits, books, lab equipment, and special orders may be subject to cancellations fees.
