While certain fresh/fresh frozen specimens may be immediately available, others may take several weeks for availability. Please allow extra time for delivery of fresh and fresh frozen specimens.

• Fresh vs Fresh Frozen:  Fresh specimens are only refrigerated – they are not frozen.  Fresh Frozen will be kept in our freezer until shipped.
• Extra costs include coolers, packaging, and ice.
• To maintain specimen integrity, we recommend fresh items should be sent by UPS overnight or 2-day delivery and put immediately into a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival.
• All delivery costs are based upon weight of package(s), delivery location, and method of shipment.

We suggest that fresh and fresh frozen items are SHIPPED on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.   **All sales are final on fresh and fresh frozen items. No returns/refunds allowed**
