While certain fresh/fresh frozen specimens may be immediately available, others may take several weeks for availability. Please allow extra time for delivery of fresh and fresh frozen specimens.

• Fresh vs Fresh Frozen:  Fresh specimens are only refrigerated – they are not frozen.  Fresh Frozen will be kept in our freezer until shipped.
• Extra costs include coolers, packaging, and ice and will be added at checkout.
• Packages will be shipped via Fedex two-day shipping.

 Fresh and fresh frozen items are SHIPPED on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for delivery two days later. Contact us at 800.228.7117 or [email protected] if you need to make different arrangements. 

**Must select a requested delivery date on the checkout page.  If no date is selected, order will be held for 7 business days and then canceled if we do not hear from you.  If your requested date is not available, someone from our customer service department will contact you.  Please allow 7-10 day lead time when placing an order.
